Thanks for your publication on this weblog. From my experience, there are occassions when softening up a photograph may provide the photographer with a bit of an creative flare. More often than not however, the soft blur isn't precisely what you had in your mind and can sometimes spoil a normally good image, especially if you thinking about enlarging it.
