  One thing I've noticed is that often there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the banking institutions intentions whenever talking about foreclosures. One fantasy in particular is that often the bank prefers to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned money, not your house. They want the funds they loaned you having interest.
